Cushman & Wakefield represent Gutierrez in leases totaling 25,674 s/f

On behalf of the Gutierrez Co., Cushman & Wakefield has closed two office leases totaling 25,674 s/f at 200 Wheeler Rd. Under the terms of the recent transactions, Gemini Industries, Inc. will occupy 10,728 s/f of new space and Linkage, Inc. will occupy 14,946 s/f. Cushman & Wakefield executive director Mark Roth, director Ty Janney and associate Mike Moynahan represented the landlord, Gutierrez Co. in both transactions. The tenant, Gemini Industries, Inc., was represented by Cushman & Wakefield's Matt Adams, Torin Taylor and Richard Ruggiero while the tenant, Linkage, Inc., was represented by Roger Breslin and Elias Demakes of Meredith & Grew. 200 Wheeler Rd. is a 4-story, Class A office building in Burlington Summit office park.
