Cushman & Wakefield represented the IT infrastructure company Akibia, Inc. in a long-term lease extension of its corporate headquarters at 4 Technology Dr. Cushman & Wakefield's team of associate director Stephen Woelfel, executive directors J.R. McDonald and Michael Frisoli and associate Peter Whoriskey represented Akibia in this transaction. The landlord RREEF was represented by Colliers. Akibia, a Zensar company, provides innovative Infrastructure Management solutions that enable leading companies worldwide to optimize, secure, manage and support their mission-critical infrastructure. Founded in 1988, Akibia has offices throughout the United States and Europe.
