Cushman Wakefield reps. Pembroke Real Estate in 9,755 s/f lease

According to Cushman & Wakefield of Mass., Inc., Pembroke Real Estate has signed the law firm of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green PA as a new tenant at its 255 State St. property. The 10-year lease is for 9,755 s/f. Cushman & Wakefield represented Pembroke Real Estate as the leasing agent and Karen McFarland of Grubb & Ellis represented Sheehan Phinney in the deal. 255 State St. was recently recognized with The Office Building of the Year award for 2008 by BOMA. 255 State St. is a signature class A office building, uniquely connects Boston's waterfront, the Rose Kennedy Greenway and the Financial District. In addition to a prime downtown location, the building provides tenants with sophisticated operating systems, finishes, and unobstructed water and skyline views.
