Framingham, MA According to Cushman & Wakefield, four new tenants have leased 52,838 s/f at 100 Crossing Blvd. In addition, Workhuman has extended and expanded its current lease, adding 36,980 s/f to its office space now totaling 92,352 s/f, bringing the property to 90% leased. Cushman & Wakefield represented the owners, UBS and National Development, in the deals. New leases include:
• Health Drive Corp. - 22,981 s/f;
• Eppendorf North America - 13,893 s/f;
• Emerald Expositions - 8,928 s/f; and
• Providers Health Council - 7,036 s/f.
100 Crossing Blvd. is part of a four-building, 400,000 s/f class A office portfolio, located at the corner of Rte. 9 and the Mass. Pike. The 100,000 s/f building has been renovated and features a new lobby, updated common areas, a new fitness facility and food options for tenants.
