Cushman & Wakefield signs QD Healthcare to 9,106 s/f

According to Cushman & Wakefield, QD Healthcare signed a long term lease for 9,106 s/f at One Dock St. QD Healthcare, which specializes in healthcare and medical education and training, leased space on the fifth floor of the 84,000 s/f former mill building which is owned by Antares Real Estate. The property has been fully renovated and features exposed brick, original wood beams and columns, and a landscaped entrance plaza that is complemented by a steel-framed portico. One Dock St. features the new Urban Transitway, located directly in front of the property, which offers direct access to the adjacent Stamford Transportation Center. QD Healthcare has relocated from One Sound Shore Dr. in Greenwich. Steve Baker, senior director of Cushman & Wakefield, represented QD Healthcare in the lease negotiations. Antares was represented internally by Lori Baker. "QD Healthcare is a progressive, innovative company and we are delighted to add them to the tenant roster at One Dock St.," said Lori Baker. "We had a superb relationship with the tenant throughout the negotiation process and worked cooperatively to ensure that both sides benefited from the transaction."
