Dalton and Baldwin of Cushman & Wakefield represent KS Partners in 117,769 s/f in leases

Tewksbury, MA Cushman & Wakefield represented KS Partners LLC in nine leasing transactions totaling 117,769 s/f of office space at the Highwood Office Park, located at 1, 2 & 3 Highwood Dr.

The nine companies that signed leases at the Highwood Office Park include: 

Highwood Office Park, 1, 2 & 3 Highwood Drive - Tewksbury, MA

• CH Robinson, 5,773 s/f; 

• TTI, 7,372 s/f; 

• ACS, 7,500 s/f; 

• MFA, 41,741 s/f; 

• Smart Modular, 7,648 s/f; 

• Corvia Medical, 21,457 s/f;

• Northstar, 14,971 s/f; 

• Draper & Kramer, 3,459 s/f; and 

• Cast Navigation 7,874 s/f.

Highwood Office Park is a three-building, 279,000 s/f class A office park located northwest of Boston. Situated among 17.7 acres and located off I-495, it is also near I-93 and Rte. 3.

The Cushman & Wakefield team involved in the leasing transactions included Michael Dalton, executive director, and Blake Baldwin, director.

The buildings amenities include a full-service cafe, fitness center with lockers and showers, and an on-site 277-room Holiday Inn hotel offering conference facilities and meeting space to host functions up to 350 guests. Tenants also have access to the restaurants, bars, and shops along Andover St. adjacent to the property.
