Amesbury, MA C-Store Investments, LLC (CSI) has provided advisory and transactional services to Charles Mabardy of Mabardy Oil on the sale of the Amesbury Mobil at 23 Rocky Hill Rd. to Akar Abdallah.
Precisely, CSI handled the sale process of a convenience store and pizza shop. CSI coordinated the marketing in a confidential manner, worked with various interested buyers, managed the due diligence process, and aided with the closing. It was principal consultant at CSI, Aaron Cutler, who led the deal to a conclusion.
For over 30 years Mabardy Oil has been a locally and family-owned company. Throughout the years the company has grown to 16 locations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. For 11 years, founder Charles Mabardy has been operating the Amesbury Mobil and Charlie’s Pizza. Mabardy is divesting to focus on other real estate ventures and to spend more time with his family.
