Cuzzocreo of Pearce Commercial sells 405 Main St. for $1.97 million

West Haven, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Jamie Cuzzocreo of the Pearce North Haven Commercial office, has sold 405 Main St. for $1.97 million. 

This property consists of an 18,728 s/f three story apartment building containing 16 units, situated on .24 acre. 

Cuzzocreo represented both the buyer, Cocolorus Properties LLC, and the seller, Vesta Greenview Apartments LLC. 

These apartments are centrally located in the city, overlooking the town green, a mile from the beach and train station, along all bus routes and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The building has been fully renovated with new kitchens and appliances, hardwood floors throughout and plenty of natural light.
