Cyrier and Maker of MANSARD represent KTH Realty Trust in $860,000 sale of a freestanding office property

Burlington, MA Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM and David Maker of MANSARD represented KTH Realty Trust in the $860,000 sale of a 4,800 s/f freestanding office property at 87 Cambridge St. (Rte. 3A). The rare opportunity to purchase a highly visible 2-story building at the junction of Rte. 3A and Rte. 128 in the office market produced multiple offers. This location is in close proximity to the Burlington Mall, Wayside Crossing, 3rd St. and Crossroads Shopping Center, among numerous retail and restaurant options.

Burlington has emerged as a favorite Rte. 128 location for growing, young companies, mature high tech firms and life science labs looking for larger footprints with ample free parking and easier commutes. Fueled by a new era of retail offerings and mixed-use development, the millenial worker now has an array of choices for restaurants and shopping in Burlington, which will continue to bolster the town's position as a true live/work/play center in the suburban landscape.

MANSARD helps a select group of clients acquire, lease, manage and sell commercial real estate throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Their purpose is to help their clients make financially successful commercial real estate decisions to enrich their lives and those of their community. MANSARD is headquartered in Reading, Mass.
