Cyrier and Saulnier of MANSARD handle sale of 7,560 s/f flex property for $1.6m

North Reading, MA MANSARD facilitated the sale of 73 Concord St. for $1.6 million to Liconic Instruments. 73 Concord St. is a 7,560 s/f flex property that is situated on .97 acres. The building is being sold vacant. 

Liconic Instruments was represented by The Stubblebine Company. Open to a wide variety of uses, 73 Concord St. features 73 feet of frontage, parking, one drive-in door and three dock high doors. The property is located near I-93. 

Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM and Taylor Saulnier of MANSARD handled the sale. The seller hired MANSARD to find a buyer for their 7,560 s/f flex property, which they had been occupying for 40 years. MANSARD took the property to market with a public marketing process that procured over 50 buyer prospects, which generated six offers and the property sold for 114% of its asking price and 211% over assessed value.
