Cyrier and Villanueva of MANSARD handle $4.6 million sale
Saugus, MA The property located at 1069 Broadway has sold. 1069 Broadway is a 9,451 s/f medical office and retail building located on Rte. 1, one of the most highly traveled roads in the state, and home to Northshore Medical and Safelite Autoglass. The property sold for $4.6 million.
Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM and Leo Villanueva of MANSARD, facilitated the sale. Long Mountain, LLC sold the property to SS Properties.
