Cyrier of MANSARD Commercial completes Tambone's $2.2 million sale

Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM of MANSARD Commercial Properties has completed the sale of Tambone Investment Group's 580 Main St. for $2.2 million. Located in downtown, the property will be home to a new Bank of America branch (leased by Cyrier) in the fall of 2008. 580 Main St. will undergo a $1 million renovation including a complete exterior make-over, renovation of common areas, as well as parking and landscaping upgrades. Tambone has said about working with Cyrier, "I want to thank him very much for all his efforts at 580 Main St.. He was extremely professional throughout the process while dealing with numerous personalities. I look forward to working with him again."
