Cyrier and Saulnier of MANSARD broker 37,345 s/f lease for Azad

Billerica, MA MANSARD has completed the 37,345 s/f lease at 95 Billerica Ave.

MANSARD marketed the property on behalf of Azad Legacy Partners, who purchased the property in July, 2019. The 74,031 s/f flex property is located 18 miles from downtown Boston and is near the local commuter rail station. 

Now fully leased to Cristek Interconnects, Inc. and Aved Electronics, the property is 100% leased.

The MANSARD team representing Azad Legacy Partners was led by Jeremy Cyrier, CCIM and assisted by Taylor Saulnier. Micah Stubblebine of The Stubbleine Co. and Fred Faust of The Edge Group represented Cristek Interconnects, Inc.
