Paul D'Angelo of Quinn Associates brokered the sale of two sites on Manley St.
Manley Street Realty Trust purchased 16,620 s/f at 140 Manley St. from J.V. Realty Trust on 2.3 acres of land for $1.105 million.
Manley Street Realty Trust leased back a portion to Lift Truck Parts, the current tenant at the time of the sale.
D'Angelo represented the seller and Peter Quinn of Quinn Associates procured the buyer.
BT Bridgewater LLC purchased 635 Manley St. in West Bridgewater from M&N Realty Trust for $1.1 million.
The 14.4 acre site has an existing 3,750 s/f building that will be renovated and abuts Rte. 24. Boston trailer will make 635 Manley St. its new corporate headquarters.
D'Angelo represented the buyer and seller. Quinn Associates will be the exclusive broker for future development of the site.
Quinn Associates is the exclusive broker of 675 Manley St., West Bridgewater, 2.54 acres of industrial land abutting Rte. 24.
