Daedalus Projects completes 33,000 s/f facility in Randolph

Randolph, MA Community members, local and state officials, and project team members gathered to celebrate the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Intergenerational Community Center. This 33,000 s/f facility features extensive programming spaces including a gymnasium, walking track, art and dance studios, a game room, a green house, a fitness center, a reading room, and a teaching kitchen. It will serve as the primary recreational center for the town, offering programming for residents of all ages. The Intergenerational Community Center will also house the operations of the Veterans’ Services and Elder Services. 

Daedalus Projects, Inc. (DPI) served as owner’s project managers for this project. The DPI team consisted of Richard Marks, Alicia Monks, Tieshia Walton, Sidni Bragg, and Delwyn Williamson. Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, Inc. was the architect and CTA Construction was the general contractor.
