Dagilis named director of ERA Key Realty’s Milford, Millis, Franklin offices

Milford, MA According to ERA Key Realty Services, Michael Dagilis of Auburn has been named branch director of ERA Key’s Milford, Millis and Franklin offices.

He previously was a co-owner of Property Partners, LLC, where he was also a Realtor. Before that he was CEO of the Mike Dagilis Team in Auburn. He began his real estate career as an agent-partner at Keller-Williams, Westborough.

Previously, he was a research coordinator at UMass Medical School, Worcester. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire.

As branch director, Dagilis will oversee operations, agent development and strategic growth initiatives across all three offices. He said his focus will be on fostering collaborative cultures, elevating client service standards, and supporting agents with the tools and guidance needed to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
