DEW Construction promotes Snyder to superintendent

Shane Snyder

Manchester, NH DEW Construction has promoted Shane Snyder to superintendent from his previous role as assistant superintendent.

Snyder joined DEW just over two years ago and brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Since joining the firm, he has contributed to several notable projects, including The MAREK South in Lebanon, NH, and the Dartmouth Sailing Center in Enfield, NH. He is currently working on the Settlers Common project in North Conway, NH, a 228-unit residential community spread across eight buildings, where he oversees field operations with a focus on coordination, quality control, and clear project documentation.

“Shane takes ownership of his responsibilities and works extremely well with both our trade partners and internal teams,” said Cameron Riley, General Superintendent at DEW Construction. “His attention to quality, ability to coordinate complex work in the field, and disciplined approach to documentation make him a natural fit for the superintendent role.”
