Gardiner, ME DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has continued work on multiple projects including:

• DAI has started construction for a new 4,000 s/f United Rentals maintenance facility in Gardiner. The architect is RHR Ron Henry Allen AIA, of Lunenberg, MA.

• DAI has started renovations within The Center for Shopping Plaza in Sanford, ME for a new 30,000 s/f Ollies Bargain Outlet. The architect is TAC Architectural Group, Inc., Bangor, ME.
