Dalton, Hines and O'Leary of DTZ FHO Ptrs. broker 10,204 s/f lease

According to DTZ FHO Partners, eWebHealth, Inc., a provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) medical record automation solutions for hospitals and health facilities across the country, has signed a lease at 55 Walkers Brook Dr. The new lease agreement includes 10,204 s/f of recently renovated class A office space. "55 Walkers Brook Dr. is an ideal location for eWebHealth, providing the company with convenient access for its employees and close proximity to the area's hospitals and medical institutions," said Michael Dalton, partner at DTZ FHO Partners. Situated on 14 acres adjacent to Rte. 128, 55 Walkers Brook Dr. consists of three buildings totaling 185,000 s/f. Dalton represented eWebHealth, Inc. Nordblom Co. owns the property and was represented by Brian Hines, partner and Michael O'Leary, senior associate, at DTZ FHO Partners.
