Daniels and Lawrence of Colliers Meredith & Grew execute 184,759 s/f lease

Goodrich Corp. has executed a new 184,759 s/f lease at Westford Technology Park. Goodrich will lease 84,759 s/f at 7 Technology Park Dr. and will occupy the 100,000 s/f 9 Technology Park Dr. in its entirety. The lease represents a 55,000 s/f expansion for the firm that will relocate its headquarters from 5 Omni Way in Chelmsford in the second quarter of 2011. Colliers Meredith & Grew's north suburban team of Matthew Daniels and Christopher Lawrence represented Goodrich. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, The Gutierrez Company. Details of the transaction were not disclosed. 7 and 9 Technology Park Dr. are located in Westford Technology Park, a 90-acre master-planned campus development located off of I-495. Corporate neighbors include Lucent Technologies, NetScout Systems, Juniper Networks, Hewlett Packard and IBM.
