Daniels and Whipple of Colliers International represents Minuteman Senior Services in 16,326 s/f lease

Minuteman Senior Services, a non-profit organization that helps seniors, disabled adults and family caregivers find practical solutions to long-term care, recently signed a new 16,326 s/f office lease to relocate its corporate headquarters to 26 Crosby Dr. Minuteman's move from 24 Third Ave. in Burlington, Mass. is scheduled for summer 2012. Matthew Daniels and Andrew Whipple of Colliers International represented Minuteman in the transaction. The landlord, RREEF Real Estate, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Originally built in 1965 and renovated in 2000, 26 Crosby Dr.is a single-story, 38,863 s/f office building conveniently located off Rte. 3 at the intersection of Rte. 62, less than two miles north of Route 128. It is part of a six building, 332,753 s/f, first-class office park known as Crosby Corporate Center, with amenities, including a conference center, fitness facility and on-site cafeteria.
