Daniels, Lawrence and Tisbert of Colliers International represent Outerlink in 4,358 s/f lease

Colliers International recently represented Outerlink Global Solutions, a mobile communication networks company, in a new lease for 4,358 square feet of office space at 187 Ballardvale St. Outerlink will be relocating its headquarters from Lowell, Mass. Occupancy is slated for August 2011. The Colliers team of Matthew Daniels, Christopher Lawrence and Brian Tisbert represented Outerlink in the transaction. John Wilson and James Lipscomb of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, LLC represented the landlord, Griffith Properties LLC. "We are pleased to have helped Outerlink find a solution that benefits both its employees and contributes to the firm's continued success," said Tisbert. "Griffith is a great partner for Outerlink and was a pleasure to deal with throughout this transaction." Built in 1984, 187 Ballardvale St. is a two-story, 105,897 s/foffice building located 15 minutes from Boston at the Rte. 93 and 125 interchange. The building features on-site management, food service, a two-story atrium lobby, and reflective solar glass windows.
