David Cahill named owner of Century 21 Cahill Assos.

Dorchester, MA Local franchise of the Century 21 brand, Century 21 Cahill Associates, named new ownership under David Cahill following the retirement of previous owner and managing broker, Karin Cahill. As the new owner and managing broker, David has 15 years of experience in real estate and has been a featured agent on the home-buying show, House Hunters. David will be carrying on the legacy of his mother, who previously led the firm during its 35-year history.

For the last decade, David has been the top producing real estate agent at Century 21 Cahill Associates having won multiple awards, including the Quality Service Pinnacle Award, Century 21’s Centurion Award and the President’s Award.

The firm itself is comprised of 12 agents, some with over two decades of experience each, giving the company a century’s worth of experience in the real estate industry in total. Within the last year, 21 Century Cahill Associates increased total sales by 13%. The firm plans to mirror Century 21’s corporate goal of doubling transactions within the next five years.
