

Farmington, CT Quisenberry Arcari Malik, LLC (QA+M Architecture) has added two new principals to share in the leadership of the firm. Jason Davis, AIA, LEED AP BD+C and Julia McFadden, AIA, ALEP, WELL AP will be joining principals David Quisenberry, AIA, Tom Arcari, AIA, Rusty Malik, AIA and Jim Bell, AIA.
Davis, AIA joined QA+M Architecture in 2017, bringing along a following of loyal clients. He has steadily and quietly grown this client roster, winning awards and accolades along the way. With over 25 years of experience, Davis’ design savvy assists industrial, commercial, and corporate clients improve layouts to maximize efficiencies in their workspaces. He specializes in working with contractors, construction managers, and developers on design-build and joint venture projects with an interest in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and an expedited timeline to completion.
McFadden, AIA joined QA+M Architecture in July 2024, already a seasoned principal with a reputation for perceptive and adaptable leadership of complex projects. Recruited by QA+M for her design sensibilities and charismatic marketing ingenuity, McFadden will continue to pursue and develop impactful and award-winning cultural and education projects. She promotes collaboration with her team to create unique and inspired designs reflecting the client’s mission and aspirations through integrated art, graphics, and architectural detailing.

Notable projects for McFadden include: The Bergami Center for Science, Technology & Innovation for the University of New Haven, CT; The Little Theatre for ACES Educational Center for the Arts; the Lodge and Bunkhouses for Hole-in-the-Wall Gang; the rebuilding of the Sandy Hook School, Newtown, CT and dozens of other K12 schools in CT, MA, RI, ME, and MN.
