Davis joins Thompson National Properties' mentorship program

According to Thompson National Properties, Baron Davis, National Basketball Association (NBA) star, has signed on to participate in its mentorship program. During his off season, Davis will work directly with Tony Thompson, chairman and chief executive officer of Thompson National Properties, on everything from acquisitions and investment strategy to financing and sales. "Baron will use his real estate knowledge to build a better Los Angeles/America, neighborhood by neighborhood," said Thompson. "As an athlete, I feel it's very important to align myself with people who are All-Stars in their line of business," said Davis. "Being able to work with Tony and everyone else at TNP is very exciting and gives me the joy of doing what athletes do best, which is learn from great coaching." After playing three seasons as a starting point guard for the Golden State Warriors, Davis has agreed to a long-term deal to play for his hometown Los Angeles Clippers. Davis is a two-time NBA All-Star and recently completed his ninth year in the NBA.
