Davis Marcus Partners has pre-leased 57,000 s/f to Louis Dreyfus Corporation for the entire top floor of 40 Danbury Rd. at Wilton Corporate Park. "This has been an exciting process since we started construction in June 2007. This lease is indicative of the strong activity we've been experiencing and the endorsement we have received from the corporate community. Construction has been proceeding on schedule and the steel is going up.
