Davis Marcus Partners have pre-leased 57,000 s/f to Louis Dreyfus Corporation for the top floor of 40 Danbury Rd. at Wilton Corporate Park.

Wilton Corporate Park is a four-building office park, comprised of two existing fully leased properties at 50 and 64 Danbury Rd. and two sites under construction at 40 and 60 Danbury Rd.
