Davis, McCall and Doherty to be on NAIOP's 2008 leadership team

NAIOP Mass. recently elected a new president and board of directors, along with a new executive committee. The new board includes the principals of many of the leading commercial real estate firms in the region.
Jonathan Davis, CEO, Davis Marcus Partners, was elected president of NAIOP Mass. for 2008. In this capacity, he will work closely with NAIOP staff to guide the chapter's operations. Davis founded his company in 1976, developing, acquiring, and rehabilitating a variety of properties before joining with Paul Marcus in 1992; he continues to play a central role in the identification and evaluation of new opportunities, capital raising, and management of the existing portfolio. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Brandeis Univ., and is a member of several non-profit boards, including the Boys & Girls Club of greater Boston and Combined Jewish Philanthropies of greater Boston.
Kevin McCall, president, Paradigm Props., will serve as president - elect and Jay Doherty, president, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, will serve as chairman of the board of directors. Doherty served as the 2007 chapter president, and McCall served as the 2007 senior VP.  Sarah Abrams, Fidelity Real Estate Co., was elected treasurer of the organization and Kathryn West, of Partners HealthCare System, will serve as the chapter's senior VP of chapter affairs. Michael Wilcox of The Bulfinch Cos. was elected VP of chapter affairs.
