Davis of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate completes leases totaling 13,563 s/f

Trevor Davis of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate recently completed the following commercial property lease transactions: * Davis completed a lease to Omega Flex, Inc. for 3,719 s/f on the seventh floor at Middlesex Corporate Center, 213 Court St. Tom Ford represented the landlord, Midfield Associates. * Davis leased 1,026 s/f at 670 Newfield St. (Rte. 3) to the Middletown Public Schools in this retail and office building. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction representing the landlord Ottavio & Letizia Monarca. * Davis completed the following transactions at Middletown Business Park: APEX Lighting Solutions leased 6,362 s/f; Universal-Bach Transportation Services, Inc. leased 583 s/f; Sabrina Cameron, MSW, 393 s/f, Embedded Systems leased 362 s/f. * Davis leased 1,118 s/f of office space to Change, Inc., at 98 Washington St., above the restaurant Luce. The landlord, RAMO, LLC, owns the corner parking lot and the mixed use building. Davis was the sole broker in the transaction. * Davis completed the following small office space transactions at 438 Main St. and Washington St. (Rte. 66): Attorney Richard Croce, Cosys Systems, LLC, Newtech Installation USA, and Daniel G. Diaz Del. Davis represented the landlord, Hilltop Associates, and was the sole broker in the transactions.
