Dawson joins Conway Commercial’s sales team

Norwell, MA Conway-Commercial, a division of the Jack Conway Real Estate Company, has hired Kim Dawson to its sales team. Dawson will work out of the Conway headquarters, concentrating on the sale and leasing of retail, office, industrial and investment properties. She will serve clients in the Greater Boston area, including Somerville, Medford, Cambridge and Charlestown.

A longtime entrepreneur, Kim owned a number of businesses, including a software company and fitness studio in Western Massachusetts. Her interest in sales began early on when she sold her father’s artwork, created a catalog of his paintings, and earned $150/week at age 12.

“I have always loved businesses and how they contribute to building our communities,” said Medford mother of two. “I enjoy helping others to buy, sell, and invest in commercial opportunities.”

Originally from Long Island, New York, Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Western New England College and a master’s degree in nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. She is a longtime supporter of the entrepreneurial community, most recently volunteering as Interim COO of Boston Business Women.

“As a Conway Commercial agent, I will provide my clients with education and guidance throughout their transactions,” said Kim. “I offer exceptional customer service, empathy and the ongoing support to ensure a successful experience."
