Decembrele of Colliers International reps I&I Sling, Inc. in 10,700 s/f lease

I&I Sling, Inc., a provider of quality rigging solution products to the utility, construction, manufacturing, shipping, salvage and military markets, recently executed a new 10,700 s/f lease at 1400 Providence Highway, building 3. I&I Sling will relocate its current manufacturing operation at Shawmut Park in Canton, to its new location in March. The lease represents a 5,000 s/f expansion for the firm. Colliers International associate Christopher Decembrele represented I&I Sling. Vice president Robert Byrne of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented the landlord, AEGON USA Realty Advisors, LLC. Specifics of the lease transaction were not disclosed. Built in 1979, building 3 at 1400 Providence Highway is a single-story, 60,141 s/f, flex/R&D building located three miles south of the Rte. 128/Rte. 1 interchange.
