What your firm does now and its plans for the future: Our commercial division identifies and facilitates the purchase/sale of real estate. We also lease commercial assets in the Greater Boston area. We have developed a team of professionals proven in the field of establishing joint ventures. Going forward we will work on restructuring debt/equity. This will entail the acquisition, disposition and/or joint venture of troubled or non-performing assets.
