Delaney, Spencer and Ewing of Grubb & Ellis represent seller in $2.5 million sale

Grubb & Ellis Co., a leading real estate services and investment firm, represented Somerville Housing Group Trust IV in the sale of a 24,000 s/f industrial building at 600 Windsor Place to Green Cab Co. The sale price was $2.5 million. Grubb & Ellis' Paul Delaney, senior associate, Brad Spencer, vice president, and Tyler Ewing, senior associate, facilitated the transaction, representing an expansion for Green Cab, which is relocating from 85 Foley St. "Green Cab's acquisition of 600 Windsor Place is a healthy transaction for this market. The new location offers the right mix of offices, warehouse and yard space, and its proximity to the city's Union Sq. provides a convenient location for the company," said Delaney.
