Della Valle of Dow Realty Company brokers 15,500 s/f $525,200 sale
Dow Realty Company has sold 232 Amity Rd. for $525,200 The 15,500 s/f office and warehouse space was purchased by Greg Geaski, Servpro Industry, Inc. of Milford. The buyer will occupy a portion of the space and will lease out the balance.
Tyler Della Valle, ABR, GRI, broker, represented the seller, Robert E. Frankes Trustee. John Kozlowski of George J. Smith & Son represented the buyer.
Dow Realty Company is a full service commercial real estate company and provides brokerage and property management services and has an office in New Haven.
