Waltham, MA Delphi Construction has promoted Domenic Galluzzo from project executive to director of construction operations.

Galluzzo has been with Delphi since 2018 and has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years, most recently serving in a leadership role at a large, national general contractor.

Delphi president, Keith Shaw who has been with the firm for more than 25 years, said Galluzzo’s promotion is an important component in the reshaping of Delphi’s leadership team since Shaw took over day to day operations in 2020.

“We are thrilled to have Domenic taking a well-earned position on Delphi’s executive team. His extensive experience in the industry and his ability to develop and implement best-in-class systems will bring increased efficiency to our construction operations and tangible benefits to our clients,” Shaw said.

Galluzzo’s addition rounds out a series of key personnel changes at Delphi including last year’s promotions of Corey Heaslip to vice president, Lindsay Dettenreider to director of finance and John VanZetta to safety director. Chris Thompson continues to lead Delphi’s estimating department as director of project development.

“It is an exciting time for the company as we continue to build on our 30 year legacy as a leader in multi-market construction, while also refining our focus onto the types of projects and clients where we can deliver the most value. I am honored to be part of such a strong team of professionals at the executive level and to be leading a group consisting of some of the most talented, committed field staff I have had the pleasure of working with.” Galluzzo said.

Galluzzo’s will be responsible for ensuring A+ project delivery of all Delphi projects and will oversee Delphi’s team of Construction Superintendents and field staff operating out of both the company’s Waltham and Cape Cod offices.
