Demakes of Colliers M&G executes 3,686 s/f lease for Partnerwise Group; Nugent of RBJ reps landlord

Partnerwise Group has executed a new 3,686 s/f lease to relocate and expand its headquarters from Newton, Mass. to 890 Winter St. Assistant vice president Elias Demakes of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Partnerwise Group, working with vice president Jay Nugent of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners who represented the landlord, ING Clarion. Built in 1999, 890 Winter St. is a three-story, 173,070 s/f class A office building in the Waltham Woods Corporate Center at the intersection of Rte. 128 and Winter St. Amenities are conference facilities, fitness centers, a basketball court, and putting greens.
