Denenberg Realty Advisors sells 4,260 s/f for $2.04 million

Everett, MA Denenberg Realty Advisors sold a 4,620 s/f retail building on a 15,000 s/f lot at 1783-1782 Revere Beach Pkwy. This freestanding brick/concrete building was built in 1957 and was sold with a 10 year lease to Safelite Auto Glass.

Neil Denenberg of Denenberg Realty Advisors said, “I recently leased the former ABC Window Shade Company’s building at 1760 Revere Beach Pkwy., to Safelite Glass Company. Safelite Glass then totally renovated the building which we then sold to Mark Blotner of Kinross Real Estate for $2.04 million. Mark Blotner expressed that this was a great generational asset near the soon to be built Everett Casino.”

Denenberg Realty Advisors represented the Conti family of ABC Window Shade Co, the seller, and Mark Blotner of Kinross Real Estate, the buyer.
