DeRentis and Winslow of Residential Properties Ltd. broker $1.375 million sale of 346 Blackstone Blvd.
Providence, RI Residential Properties Ltd. (RPL) has completed the sale of 346 Blackstone Blvd. in the East Side of the city for $1.375 million. RPL sales associates represented both sides of the transaction, with Jim DeRentis as the listing agent and Kim Winslow acting as the buyer’s agent.
