According to State-Wide MLS data, this is the highest sale in Providence this year. DeRentis has a total of 25 transaction sides for Providence sales over $1 million this year, 21 of which he listed. Overall, RPL has participated in 45 of the 51 Providence single family home sales over $1 million this year.
