CRE Management has leased 1,500 s/f to Om Warrior, a yoga studio owned and run by Marc McDonald, at 133 Pearl St. in the city's Financial District.
Om Warrior is the first studio to be opened by McDonald, who has been a fitness fixture in Boston for 13 years. He has been a yoga instructor for 10 years, and was with Sports Club/LA on Avery St. for eight years before deciding to open his first studio.
The space includes full shower and changing facilities, a studio that can accommodate 25 people and a retail area.
Will Deshler, managing partner, CRE Management, represented both Om Warrior and the landlord, GFI Partners, in the transaction.
