DeSimone and Sherman at JLL represent Novaya Real Estate Ventures in 10,000 s/f lease to Nasuni
Marlborough, MA According to Novaya Real Estate Ventures, Nasuni has expanded its presence at 313 Boston Post Rd. Nasuni originally occupied 6,000 s/f and expanded by 10,000 s/f for a total of 16,000 s/f. The lease represents Nasuni’s continued commitment and growth in its location. Nasuni, headquartered in Boston, is a leading provider of cloud storage solutions. Novaya principal, Jeff Theobald, said, “We are excited to work with Nasuni as they grow their presence at 313 Boston Post Rd. Nasuni’s lease further proves out the depth of engineering and technology talent attracted to the I-495 West market.”
Novaya was represented by Philip DeSimone and Andrew Sherman at JLL. Nasuni was represented by Chris Gorczyca of T3 Advisors.
