DeStefano & Associates completes multiple projects

Hooksett, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has completed the design and started construction of a new 2,500 s/f single story building, with site improvements, for a new Starbucks on Rte. 28. Construction is slated to be complete in January 2021.  

DAI has also completed Phase Three of improvements for The Seacoast Repertory Theatre in Portsmouth, N.H. The renovations in this phase included a new box office, new restrooms and new seamless lobby floor. 

DAI has also completed the design and construction of the fit up for a new 2,800 s/f Stonewall Kitchen café and retail store located next to the Boston Children’s Museum. 

DAI completed the 60,000 s/f interior fit up of vacant shell space for Lonza, a biological drug development and manufacturing company in Portsmouth. Work included concrete, structural steel, fireproofing, spray foam insulation, misc metal, light gauge metal framing and drywall, doors frames and hardware, sectional doors, ACT and CLACT, painting and interior signage. Part of the work was performed in existing operating manufacturing and clean space areas of the facility.
