DeStefano & Associates completes two projects totaling 6,609 s/f
Portsmouth, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. completed the ground up and construction of 4,811 s/f consisting of a 182-seat full-service restaurant. The restaurant features a twelve seat community table with USB and electrical outlets for mobile devices. This is the second IHOP restaurant DeStefano & Associates has completed.
DeStefano & Associates, Inc. also completed the interior fit-up for a new Pure Barre Studio at the Portsmouth Green, 2454 Lafayette Rd.
Pure Barre is the national industry leader in the barre franchise market, with more than 450 studios across the country, and more opening every month. Portsmouth marks Pure Barre’s third location in the state of New Hampshire.
“When we saw the location at Portsmouth Green, we knew this was the perfect spot to build Pure Barre on the Seacoast,” said Anne McNamara, co-owner. “DeStefano & Associates made our vision come to life, and now hundreds of clients work out and shop our retail boutique every week.”
