DeStefano & Associates, Inc. continues work on multiple projects

Wells, ME DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) has neared completion of a 2,500 s/f ground up Starbucks at Wells Plaza. The architect is Woodhull.

DAI has started construction at 967 Elm St., Manchester, NH to convert a historic building into mixed use with a ground floor restaurant and 27 apartments. Expected completion in August 2026. Design was provided by Stephen Fleshman Architects.

DAI has started construction of 40 apartments at Park Dr. in Topsham, ME. Expected completion in December 2026. Architect is AE Hodsdon Consulting Engineers.

DAI is 50% complete with the construction of 78 apartments with underground parking at 23 Cataract Ave. in Dover, NH. Anticipated completion is for fall 2026. THA Architects is the architect. 

DAI has started the construction of a 22,000 s/f building for manufacturing to be occupied by FMI. Construction is expected to be complete by June 2026. Architect is Dirigo.

DAI provides planning, design and construction services for new, expansion and renovation projects in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
