DeStefano & Assocs. completes renovation projects

Portsmouth, NH DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) have completed the following: 

DAI and McHenry Architects have completed the renovation of an existing 1,800 three-story, historic brick building with a new wood-framed addition to create two luxury residential units at 206 Court St. Project highlights include pervious pavement and cobble pavers; Doug Fir wood ceilings; floating tread stair and cable railings; fir cabinets and quartz countertops; LED Monopoint lighting and mini-split heat pumps and radiant heat tile flooring.

DAI and TMS Architects completed the renovation of an existing 1900’s historic brick building formerly occupied by Fosters Daily Democrat in Dover, N.H. The project consisted of full demo, interior renovation, new construction and fit up of 80,000 s/f for 32 apartments and two commercial tenants.

DAI provides planning, design and construction services for new, expansion and renovation projects in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
