DeStefano & Assocs. progressing on numerous projects

Wells, ME DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI) is building five construction projects.

DAI has started construction at 967 Elm St., Manchester, NH to convert a historic building into mixed use with a ground floor restaurant and 27 apartments. Expected completion is late summer 2026. The architect is Stephen Fleshman Architects.

DeStefano & Assocs. has started construction of 40 apartments at Park Dr. in Topsham. Expected completion in December 2026. The architect is AE Hodsdon Consulting Engineers.

DAI is 50% complete with the construction of 78 apartments with underground parking at 23 Cataract Ave. in Dover, NH. Anticipated completion fall 2026. THA Architects is the Architect.

And in Scarborough, ME DAI has started the construction of a 22,000 s/f building for manufacturing to be occupied by FMI. Construction is expected to be complete by late May 2026. The architect is Dirigo.

DAI has started construction of a 2,500 s/f ground up Starbucks at Wells Plaza. Expected completion is this month. Architect is Woodhull.
