DeStefano & Assocs. starts two new projects
Gorham, ME DeStefano & Associates, Inc. (DAI ) has begun two new projects and completed a Dollar General store.
DeStefano has been awarded the construction of Motor Toys Luxury Condos. The project consists of 40 steel, vehicle storage garages and one clubhouse building. Completion is expected by end of this year.
And in Gardiner, DAI has been awarded the design and construction of a new 5,600 s/f building for offices and shop space for United Rentals. Construction completion is scheduled for late fall.
In East Waterboro, DeStefano & Assocs. has completed a new ground up, 11,500 s/f, Dollar General. The architect was Aharonian & Associates, Inc.
