Development Associates begins build-out for JN Phillips Auto Glass 7,500 s/f warehouse

JN Phillips Auto Glass has signed a lease to open a 7,500 s/f warehouse at 140 Padgette St. Development Associates has begun facilitating the build-out for the tenant, with an expected completion date of March 1st. This newest lessee will bring occupancy of the two building complex adjacent to Westover Airport, to 100%. This is the 15th building in town that has been developed and is managed by Development Associates. John Benoit of Gallivan Company represented JN Phillips Auto Glass, while Development Associates represented the landlord in the transaction. JN Phillips is a family owned and operated business based in Woburn, dedicated to maintaining their reputation as one of New England's largest and most respected auto glass companies. Development Associates has been developing commercial and industrial property throughout the Pioneer Valley for over 30 years. The company has completed numerous major projects throughout the region and manages a 1.5 million s/f portfolio of property from North Haven, Conn. to Greenfield, Mass. including office, industrial, automotive, high tech and warehouse/distribution properties.
