Development Associates completes United Bank's 2,972 s/f branch at 806 Suffield St., part of Agawam Crossing project

Development Associates has completed United Bank's newest branch located at 806 Suffield St. The 2,972 s/f facility, part of the Agawam Crossing project currently being developed as Agawam's premiere medical/professional center, is a full service branch with two drive through windows and a drive through ATM. The United Bank branch officially opened for business on April 21st. Baystate Health Systems, Inc. of Springfield has signed a 2,606 s/f 5-year lease to house their physical therapy services at the Agawam Crossing Professional Building, 200 Silver St. BSH joins several other related services in the building including mental health/counseling, dental and various professional office clients in the two story, 30,000 s/f class A facility. Agawam Crossing is currently leasing space from 500 - 10,000 s/f with space finished to suit any need. Agawam Crossing is well positioned to service the downtown Springfield and northern Connecticut region, located in a high growth area and accessed by I-91, state Rtes. 57, 187 and 75. It is also minutes from Bradley International Airport. The property is being developed by Development Associates of Agawam. Development Associates specializes in commercial and industrial real estate development, offering build to suit and design build services to local, regional and national clients throughout New England. Development Associates also leases over 1.3 million s/f of space ranging from 2,000 - 189,000 s/f.
