Development Associates leases 10,500 s/f to Vivint Solar, Inc.

Development Associates of Agawam, leased 10,500 s/f to Vivint Solar, Inc. of Provo, UT. Vivint Solar is dedicated to designing, installing and maintaining affordable solar solutions. It's parent company, Vivint Inc., is one of the largest home automation companies in North America, operating from offices throughout the United States and Canada, and serving more than 675,000 customers. The leased space is a part of a 72,000 s/f multi-tenant project located at 150 Padgette St. and was built in 2010. The project is also the home of AT&T, Salesmaster Flooring, Invacare, National Seating & Mobility and other tenants. Development Associates is the management company for Padgette Street LLC and SMA Frank Real Estate LLC. They have over 50 years experience in commercial development and specialize in custom buildouts to meet their tenants' needs.
